Adoption Matching in Southern California

Birth Parents

We want to begin by thanking you for taking the time to consideradoption. We know this decision is very personal and we are here to help you through the adoption process. Our firm works with birth mothers and fathers to find the perfect adoptive family for each child. In an independent adoption, you have the absolute say in which family is chosen to become the adoptive parents of your child. Additionally, all legal services, social work fees, or counseling fees provided to you are FREE and paid for by the adoptive parents. In some instances, the adoptive parents may also assist with living expenses that you are not able to cover yourself during the pregnancy and for a short period of time after the pregnancy. We invite you to call or email us to set up a meeting to discuss the adoption process in detail and how we can help you in making this important decision.
Birth Parents—A Center For Children & Family Law in Orange, CA
Unlike other firms, we prefer a more intimate selection process in order to assist you in finding your perfect adoptive family. Other matching services bombard you with daunting profiles and books of potential adoptive families. Instead, we discuss with you the characteristics you are looking for in a potential adoptive family. Based upon these factors we will then present you with options of a select group of potential families who meet these qualifications. After you have narrowed your choice, our office prefers for you to meet with the potential adoptive family personally. We will host an introductory meeting for you to meet and get to know the potential adoptive family. We will be there each step of the way to answer your questions and make sure that you have the information you need to make the best decision for you.

We thank you for considering our firm and we would be honored to assist you in finding the perfect adoptive family.

Adoptive Parents

Our law firm is thrilled to help you on this exciting journey to becoming an adoptive family. We have been working in all different aspects of adoption law for over 20 years. Our firm offers adoptive parent(s) various protections which adoption facilitators and some agencies cannot. We understand the complex issues involved in adoptions and work to ensure that all legal and state procedures are followed. If a complex legal issue arises, our firm includes experienced adoption litigators who can zealously represent your rights in Court.

We realize the adoption process can be overwhelming and our firm works with adoptive parent(s) to assist you in completing your perfect family. We begin by setting an initial consultation with you. During this meeting we provide you with information regarding the adoption process in general. We explain the various legal procedures and answer all your questions or concerns. Most importantly, this meeting allows you to get to know our attorneys who will be working with you. This meeting is extremely informative and will assist you in deciding not only if our firm is a good fit, but also if adoption is the right path for your family.

Once you have selected to work with our firm, we gather information from you so we can understand what is important to you and what you are looking for in a birth parent and adoptive child. We will then speak with birth parents regarding your family and work to find that perfect match. If a birth parent is interested in your family, we will host an introductory meeting whereby you can meet the birth parents and get to know one another. We will be with there each step of the way to answer your questions.

If a birth parent selects your family, we will then begin the pre-birth preparation process. During this time we will provide support and assistance to ensure everything is ready for the birth of your child.

Upon the birth, the birth parents will sign documentation to place the child with your family immediately. We will then begin the legal adoption process whereby we request the adoption be finalized through the Courts. This can be a long process but our experienced attorneys will work to make sure it is as smooth as possible.

We invite you to call or email us to set up an initial consultation meeting. We look forward to working with you and helping you build your family.
